eBooks: How do I download my eBooks?
  There are two ways to download eBooks.
  • Download During Checkout
  • Download from Your Beachcombers Account
The screen shots are before our site re-design, but the steps are the same.

To Download Your eBooks At Checkout:

All eBooks require you to register for a Beachcombers account (enter a password during checkout). All eBooks paid by credit card are available via immediate download on the "Order Complete" screen. If you got a free eBook or did not use a credit card to pay, you will NOT see the BLUE arrows. A link to download the eBooks will be emailed to you within ONE business day.

1. Look for the moving BLUE arrow(s), and click on each link to download that eBook.

Save the eBooks to your computer as in the sample below. If you lose your eBooks, you can access them directly through your Beachcombers account at any time.

To Download Your eBooks from Your Beachcombers Account:


1. Log in to your account using the email and password you selected.
Make note access to your account is now at the BOTTOM of every page, labeled "MY ACCOUNT".



2. Click the "Review Orders/Track Packages" link.



3. Click the "Download File(s)" link.



4. Look for the moving BLUE arrow and click on the link.



5. Save the eBooks to your computer as in the sample below. If you lose your eBooks, you can access them directly through tour Beachcombers account at any time.


Has my order shipped & how do I track it?
 

When your order ships, you will automatically get an email with shipping and tracking details. If you don't see the email, check your spam filter or log into your account "My Account / Order Status" to track your order.

  • We ship orders Monday-Friday (except postal holidays).
  • Orders ship within one business day.
  • Orders before 11:00am EST M-F will ship the same day.

This means an order placed at 2:00pm EST on Friday will ship on Monday.
An order placed at 9:30am EST on Tuesday will ship out the same day.

If you need Express shipping and are not sure when to expect your order, contact us via email.

Tracking is provided for all USA shipments and some International shipments.

  • Tracking may not be available for 24 hours.
  • Free Canadian shipping does NOT have tracking.
  • International orders may or may not have tracking once the order leaves the USA.
  • Rarely, the post office misses scanning a package. This is generally corrected the next day for expedited shipping (Sooner Rather than Later). Standard shipping (No Rush) does not always update until delivery.
If you created an account during checkout, you can log into your account "My Account / Order Status" to track your order.
How do I make changes to my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order.

  • billing and shipping address
  • change quantities or cancel orders
  • print invoices
  • change payment method in some instances

Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, it may no longer be able to changed. Please contact us and we can check to see if we are able to make changes to your order.

I placed an order but now can not find my order?
  If you didn't get an order confirmation page, your order may not have processed through. To access your orders you will need to login into your account and go to the review orders link.  If you placed your order as a guest without registering or without logging in please contact us.  We can email your order details and/or provide you with a temporary login to access your account and order information.
