eBooks: How do I download my eBooks?

Download Your eBooks At Checkout...

All eBooks require you to register for a Beachcombers account (enter a password during checkout). All eBooks paid by credit card are available via immediate download on the "Order Complete" screen. If you got a free eBook or did not use a credit card to pay, you will NOT see the BLUE arrows. A link to download the eBooks will be emailed to you within ONE business day.

  1. Look for the moving BLUE arrow(s), and click on each link to download that eBook.



  2. Save the eBooks to your computer as in the sample below. If you lose your eBooks, you can access them directly through your Beachcombers account at any time.

  1. Log in to your account using the email and password you selected.



  2. Click the "Review Orders/Track Packages" link.



  3. Click the "Download File(s)" link.



  4. Look for the moving BLUE arrow and click on the link.



  5. Save the eBooks to your computer as in the sample below. If you lose your eBooks, you can access them directly through your Beachcombers account at any time.




Has my order shipped & how do I track it?
 

When your order has shipped you will receive an email with tracking number and shipment details.  If you have registered with us you can check the status of your order and track your order by logging into your account. 

We make every effort to ship within 24-48 hours after you have placed your order Tues.-Sat.  Ordering on weekends or during holidays can delay the shipment  When your order is shipped, an email is sent to you that will include a tracking number. Please note that tracking for international orders may be limited.

We make every attempt to ship express orders the same day if placed before 3pm Tues-Sat otherwise it will ship the next business day.
 

How do I make changes to my order?
  If you have registered with us you can log into your account and make changes to your order including:
  • billing and shipping address
  • change quantities or cancel orders
  • print invoices
  • Payment method in some instances

Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, it may no longer be able to changed. Please contact us and we can check to see if we are able to make changes to your order.  If you checked out as a guest and did not register, contact us and we can make changes to your order or give you register information to access your order online.

I placed an order but now can not find my order?
  To access your orders you will need to login into your account and go to the review orders link.  If you placed your order as a guest without registering or without logging in please contact us.  We can email your order details and/or provide you with a temporary login to access your account and order information.
