Beachcombers Organics, Certified Fabulous!
About Beachcombers Organics
Tribal style earrings made from natural organic materials for normally pierced
ears. Gauged ears or stretched lobes are not needed! Beachcombers organic
earrings are hand crafted for you by artisans in Bali using responsibly
harvested wood, bone, horn, coconut, or shell.
- Earrings are for normally pierced ears.
Earrings will fit most pierced ears, but if your piercing are very new or
very small, the earring posts may be a bit large. If the posts are tight
apply a light layer of olive oil on the post and try sliding it into your
piercing.
- Organic earrings should only be worn in well
healed piercing.
- Variations in color, grain, size, and
carving are normal and expected. Each pair of earrings are hand made and no
two are exactly alike.
Organic Earring Care
All Beachcombers Organic earrings are a work of art and should be handled with
care.
Gently clean with mild soap and water. Dry immediately and
condition with a thin coat of natural oil (coconut, jojoba, or olive oil).
Occasional conditioning with oil is required of wood, bone and horn earrings to
avoid drying out the earrings, which can cause splitting or cracking of your
jewelry.
A color change or patina will occur over time from the conditioning oils & your
skin oils. This is normal and natural.
- Do not drop
or otherwise abuse jewelry.
- Avoid water
or long exposure to sun or heat.
- Avoid
placing earrings directly in water, such as puddles on the bathroom sink or
anywhere condensation may develop.
- Remove
earrings before showering, swimming, or saunas.
- Do not use
in fresh piercing. Piercing should be well-healed.
- Safely
store organic earrings in provided earring box in a cool dry place.
