Easy order & Fast shipping May 16, 2016 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Aurora, CO United States   Everything was great! Easy to order, shipped super quick. Came with everything expected. My only suggestion, find a different way to package the essential oils. They leaked all over everything. It arrived well over a week ago & my mailbox still smells like lavender & tea tree. I was able to wipe everything down & the only real damage was to the essential oils bottles, you can't read the labels. So no biggie but having them packaged better, in their own box in a sealed bag, would have prevented it. Will definitely order again and recommend to friends with the added caution that oils might leak during shipping. Was this review helpful to you?

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE July 14, 2015 Reviewer: Natalie Taylor from New Roads, LA United States   I am new to henna and when I ordered thought I had chosen the wrong powder.  I immediately contacted customer service and I was told that the one ordered was the better staining quality and in personal work  she strains both types of henna.  My package was damaged by the carrier service during shipping and my transfer paper was water damaged and upon calling customer service they immediately shipped out more with no questions asked.  I have not used the products yet, but I will write a review.
