How do I track my order?
 

Tracking is provided for all domestic USA shipments and some international shipments.  When your order ships you will get shipping and tracking details emailed to you.  Up to date tracking may not be available for the first 24 hours after you receive the email.  If you have registered with us you can log into your account and find tracking information for your order.  For international orders tracking is not always available once your order has left the USA.

Electronic delivery confirmation and tracking is included with every domestic shipment. Business days are considered Monday-Friday when the USPS is open. There may be delays in shipment if the shipping falls during a postal holiday.

*International shipping are based on carrier estimates. Due to variations and potential delays in customs clearance, we do not guarantee shipping times on international orders.

*For Canadian and international orders, shipping days do not include any delays or processing times with your countries customs clearance. Additional time will need to be added to the above times for customs clearance of your country. We have no way to predict how long customs clearance will take for each country. We do not guarantee shipping times on international orders.

*For Canadian and international orders, Beachcombers can not predict, prepay or collect charges for VAT, customs fees and/or duties or any other costs that is imposed on your shipment. There may be additional costs involved for international shipments that will need to be paid to the shipper prior to delivery based on any charges imposed by your government. Contact your local customs office for more details on any costs involved.

I received notice that I owe fees for my international order?
 

Any duties and taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the recipient.  Each country has its own rules and regulations pertaining to customs and duties. Many times notice will be left that the package is being held till said fees are paid and/or a signature of release is required. Contact your customs authority for details.

Beachcombers can only collect charges for the cost of shipping your order. We can not predict, prepay or collect charges for VAT, customs fees and/or duties or any other costs that is imposed on your shipment by your government.  There may be additional costs involved for international shipments that will need to be paid to the shipper prior to delivery based on any charges imposed by your government.  Contact your local customs office for more details on any costs involved.

What do you mean by guaranteed delivery?
 

Certain times of the year we may offer a guaranteed delivery date, such as guaranteed delivery by Christmas day. If your order is not delivered by this date, contact us and we will refund your shipping costs.

Guaranteed delivery applies to domestic USA orders only. Cleared payment must be received by noon EST on stated dates. Tracking included. We are not responsible for unclaimed packages, packages awaiting pick-up at your local post office due to attempted delivery, incorrect addresses, or weather delays. No reimbursement is available for free shipping. Standard shipping costs are reimbursed (upgraded shipping costs are not reimbursed).

Why do I have to sign for my package?
 

All shipping carriers we use require a signature for express shipments. For orders over $100 we require a signature for delivery. This is to make sure that your order is not lost or stolen during delivery to you. In some instances, such as unverified address, we may require signature for orders under $100 to insure that you received your order. You can request signature delivery by adding a note in the comments box during checkout at no additional cost. If no one is available to sign for the package the carrier will leave notice with instructions on how to pickup the package or arrange for re-delivery. Depending on the carrier they will hold the package from 5-15 days before sending it back to us for non-delivery.

Do you ship to my country?
  We ship to most countries.

During checkout or account sign up we'll ask for your shipping address details. If your country is not in the drop down menu of available countries, we may still ship to your country.

We do not accept credit card payments for countries not on the shipping list. If you still wish to order we will only accept international money order, Western Union, or bank wire transfer for payment. Contact us if you have questions.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.

Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Shopping Cart page. Input your country, state, and zip code and you will be offered shipping method choices and their prices BEFORE checkout. If there is a free shipping option, it will be available as well.
My order never arrived.
 
Login to your account or refer to the shipping email sent and check the tracking to see if the order is in transit or is showing delivered. If your order is showing delivered, don't worry, packages are very seldom lost.

Below are the steps to find your package.
  1. Check all around all outside house including doors, mailboxes, and porches. The carrier may have hidden it a bit so it wouldn't be viewable from the street.
  2. Check with ALL family members, roommates, or friends that may be at the delivery address. Often someone just put it away and forgot to tell you.
  3. Apartments, businesses, college dorms and other addresses may have general delivery to an office for packages, check with the office personnel. Many times there are different people working different days in these offices so be thorough.
  4. Check with your neighbors. Carriers will often leave a package with a neighbor.
  5. The order may require a signature. If no one was available to sign for the package the carrier will have left notice.
  6. If you still haven't located your package, ask your carrier. They are professionals and will typically remember exactly where they left your package.
  7. If your carrier does not remember your package, call or email your LOCAL post office with the tracking number. They can track exactly who delivered your package and ask where they left it.
  8. Carriers may not deliver to rural addresses and may hold the package at the nearest office for pickup.
  9. For international shipments, there may be customs duties and/or taxes due or a signature needed before they will release the package for delivery. Many times you will get notice that your package is being held at your local carriers office for pickup.

Will you mark my international order as a gift or lower value?
 

No. It is unlawful to falsify a customs form. We always mark the true value of your international order on the customs form and include a copy of the invoice for customs.

Where is my international order?
 

All international orders must go through the customs process of your country. Depending on the regulations and workload of your country's Customs Authority, your shipment may be delayed for customs clearance. Please contact your local Customs Authority for details.
