How do I track my order?
  Tracking is provided for all USA shipments and some International shipments. When your order ships, you will automatically get an email with shipping and tracking details.

  • Tracking may not be available for 24 hours.
  • Free Canadian shipping does not have tracking.
  • International orders may or may not have tracking once the order leaves the USA.
  • Our cheapest International shipping option does NOT have tracking.
  • Rarely, the post office misses scanning a package. This is generally corrected the next day for expedited shipping (Sooner Rather than Later). Standard shipping (No Rush) does not always update until delivery.

If you created an account during checkout, you can log into your account "My Account / Order Status" to track your order.

How long does shipping take?
 
Electronic delivery confirmation and tracking is included with every domestic shipment. Business days are considered Monday-Friday when the USPS is open. If the shipping falls during a postal holiday, there will be a delay.

  • Orders ship Monday-Friday (except postal holidays).
  • Orders ship within one business day.
  • Orders before 10:00am EST M-F will ship the same day.
This means an order placed at 2:00pm EST on Friday will ship on Monday.
An order placed at 9:30am EST on Tuesday will ship out the same day.

  • All days are business days, not calendar days (weekends and holidays not included).
  • Alaska, Hawaii, military addresses, and US territories may take longer. We do not guaranteed shipping times to these areas.
  • Shipping during holidays and winter or other weather conditions may take longer.
  • International/Canadian shipping times are based on carrier estimates. Due to variations and potential delays in customs clearance,
    we do not guarantee shipping times on international orders (this includes International Express orders).

For Canadian and international orders, Beachcombers cannot predict, prepay, or collect charges for VAT, customs fees, and/or duties or any other costs that are imposed on your shipment. There may be additional costs involved for international shipments that will need to be paid to the shipper prior to delivery based on any charges imposed by your government. Contact your local customs office for more details on any costs involved.


What do you mean by guaranteed delivery?
 

Delivery times are carrier estimates. We only guarantee our two express shipping methods ("Gotta Have It" and "Needed It Yesterday"). If you need an order by a certain date, contact us ([email protected] or 407-236-7878) to ensure the best delivery option. Keep in mind, express shipping options do NOT include weekends or holidays.

Certain times of the year we may offer a guaranteed delivery date, such as guaranteed delivery by Christmas day. If your order is not delivered by this date, contact us and we will refund your shipping costs.

  • Guaranteed delivery applies to continental USA orders only (guarantee does not apply to Hawaii, Alaska, or US territories). Cleared payment must be received by 11:00am EST on stated dates.
  • We are not responsible for unclaimed packages, packages awaiting pick-up at your local post office due to attempted delivery, incorrect addresses, or weather delays.
  • No reimbursement is available for free shipping.
  • Only shipping costs are reimbursed. We do do not discount or reimburse product costs.

Will I have to sign for my package?
 

All shipping carriers that we use require a signature for express shipments. For orders over $100 we require a signature for delivery to ensure that your order is not lost or stolen. In some instances, such as an unverified address, a signature may be required for orders under $100.

You can request signature delivery by adding a note in the comments box during checkout at no additional cost. If no one is available to sign for the package the carrier will leave notice with instructions on how to pickup the package or arrange for re-delivery.

Depending on the carrier they will hold the package from 5-15 days before sending it back to us.

If a package is returned to us, due to a lack of signature, you will have the choice to purchase shipping to have it reshipped to you, or we can refund the order MINUS the shipping costs.


Will I owe fees for my international order?
 
Beachcombers can only collect charges for the cost of shipping your order. We cannot predict, prepay, or collect charges for VAT, customs fees, and/or duties or any other costs that are imposed on your shipment by your government. There may be additional costs involved for international shipments that will need to be paid to the shipper prior to delivery. Contact your local customs office for more details on any costs involved.

Any duties and taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the recipient. Each country has its own rules and regulations pertaining to customs and duties. Notice may be left that the package is being held until said fees are paid and/or a signature of release is acquired. Contact your customs authority for details.

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address or fee non-payment you will be refunded the order cost MINUS shipping fees.


Do you ship to my country?
  We ship to most countries. During checkout or account sign up, we'll ask for your shipping address details. Select your country from the drop down list.

If your country is not in the drop down menu of available countries, you can use a Parcel Forwarding Company to route a shipment to you. These services give us a local address to ship in the United States, then they forward the package to you in your country. If you want to learn more about this service use Google to find some companies that serve your area. We do not have recommendations or information about these services.

When will my order ship and how much will it be?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.

  • We ship orders Monday-Friday (except postal holidays).
  • Orders ship within one business day.
  • Orders before 10:00am EST M-F will ship the same day.

My order never arrived.
  Log into your account "My Account / Order Status" or refer to the shipping email sent to track your order status. Check the tracking number to see if the order is in transit or is showing delivered.

If your order is showing delivered, don't worry, packages are very seldom lost. Below are the steps to find your package.

  1. Check all around the outside of the house including back and side doors, mailboxes, and porches. The carrier may have hidden it so it would not be viewable from the street.
  2. Check with ALL family members, roommates, friends, or visitors that may be at the delivery address. Often someone simply set it aside and forgot to tell you.
  3. Apartments, business, college dorms, and other addresses may have general delivery to an office for packages. Check with office personnel. Many times there are different people working different days in these offices, so be thorough.
  4. Ask your carrier. They are professionals and will typically remember exactly where they left your package.
  5. If your carrier does not remember your package, call or email your LOCAL post office with the tracking number. They can track exactly who delivered your package.
  6. Check with your neighbors. Carriers sometimes leave a package with a neighbor.
  7. The order may require a signature. If no one was available to sign for the package the carrier should leave a notice and return it to your local post office for pick up. Call your local post office.
  8. Carriers may not deliver to certain rural addresses and may hold the package at the nearest post office for pick up.
  9. For international shipments, there may be customs duties, taxes due, or signature required before they release a package for delivery. Contact your local customs office and/or post office for details.

We are not responsible for items held at the post office for pick-up or for incorrect addresses (including forgotten apartment/suite numbers). We ship to the address you provide during checkout.

Will you mark my international order as a gift or lower value?
  No, it is unlawful to falsify a customs form. We mark true value on all international shipments and include an invoice.


Where is my international order?
 
All international orders must go through the customs process of your country. Depending on the regulations and workload of your country's Customs Authority, your shipment may be delayed for customs clearance. Please contact your local Customs Authority for details.

Any duties and taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not able to predict, collect or prepay these charges. Shipping charged for international orders does not include any additional fees and/or taxes your country may impose on. Sometimes notice will be left that the package is being held till said fees are paid and/or a signature of release is required. Contact your customs authority for details.

Due to possible delays in customs clearance, shipping times are not guaranteed for international orders.

Make note that the "No Rush" International shipping option and the "Free/No Rush" Canadian shipping options generally take 25-45 days, but can take longer. These services do NOT have tracking information.
